About
ACG is a consultancy. ACG Align is the part of it that builds brands.
We are new, we are transparent about it, and we have structured the offer so that being new costs you nothing.
This page carries the things a case study would normally carry: what we believe, how the work is structured, who does it, and what the founding arrangement actually asks of you. Read it before you decide whether a first conversation is worth your time.
(01) The group
Become the standard.
The sentence is not a tagline we wrote for a deck. It is the test we apply to the work.
ACG is a brand strategy consultancy in Casablanca working with Moroccan small and medium businesses. Most brand work sold to SMEs in this market is ordered as a logo, executed as decoration, and delivered as a file. It looks like a brand and behaves like a graphic.
We treat brand as a commercial asset with a method behind it. That means a diagnosis before a direction, an argued recommendation rather than a mood board, and a deliverable someone in your company can act on the week after handoff.
A company that becomes the standard in its category stops competing on price, because it is the reference other companies get measured against. That is what the work is for.
A brand that only looks good is a cost. A brand that sets the benchmark is a position.
(02) The division
One service, done completely.
ACG Align sells brand. Nothing else, and nothing partial.
ACG Align is the branding and design division of ACG. It offers a single package covering brand strategy, verbal identity, visual identity, and the systems that let your team run it afterwards.
There is no tiered menu, because tiers exist to let an agency sell you less work at a price that sounds smaller. Splitting a brand engagement produces exactly the problem most SMEs already have: a logo with no positioning behind it, or a positioning document nobody ever turned into anything visible.
We do not build websites, run advertising, produce content, or manage social accounts. A studio selling eight services divides its attention eight ways. When you need that work, we will tell you who in Casablanca does it well and take nothing for the introduction.
What that buys you
- A single decision maker on our side, so nothing gets lost between departments
- Phases in a fixed order, so the visual work answers the strategy
- A defined scope, which is what publishing a price commits us to
- A handoff built for your team to use without us
(03) Who does the work
The founder, on every engagement.
There is no account layer between you and the person doing the thinking.
ACG Align is led by its founder, who runs the audit, writes the strategy, and directs the identity work directly. Strategy and identity are not subcontracted, and your feedback is not relayed to someone you have never met.
When an engagement needs a specialist we do not have in house, illustration or motion for example, we say so, propose someone, and bring them in with your approval at our cost rather than yours.
The method comes out of formal training in strategy, problem structuring, and marketing through certification programs run by McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Google, IBM, and the Wharton School.
- McKinsey & Company
- Boston Consulting Group
- IBM
- The Wharton School
Those programs are training, not tenure. We list them because they explain how the work is structured.
A defined problem, a written diagnosis, an argued recommendation, and a deliverable someone can act on. That structure is the reason the audit exists as a separate written phase instead of a slide inside a pitch, and it is the part of consulting practice that most benefits a small business.
(04) Founding clients
We are new. That is a fact, and it is also the offer.
Stated here rather than discovered later.
ACG Align has no delivered case studies yet. We are not going to borrow credibility by showing you work we did not do, or quote testimonials nobody gave us.
What that means commercially is straightforward: you are not paying for a reputation. The founding rate of 3,500 MAD applies to our first ten engagements. In exchange, founding clients agree to let us publish the work, including the strategy and the reasoning behind it.
You get senior attention at a rate that will not exist once the shelf is full. We get the work that fills it. When the tenth engagement is signed, the rate changes and this page changes with it.
What a founding client agrees to
- Publication rightsWe may publish the finished work as a case study, including the strategic reasoning. Commercially sensitive figures stay out unless you clear them.
- AvailabilityOne decision maker at four working sessions across the seven weeks.
- A written referenceIf, and only if, you are satisfied at handoff. There is no obligation attached to the rate.
(05) Fit
Who this is for, and who it is not.
Saying no to the wrong engagement is the cheapest thing either of us can do.
A good fit
- Moroccan SMEs with an operating business and real revenue
- Founders and owners who can approve direction in the room
- Companies entering a new category, raising capital, or repositioning
- Businesses whose product is better than their reputation
- Teams willing to be told their current positioning is not working
Not a fit
- Anyone who wants a logo and nothing behind it
- Projects that need finished work in under four weeks
- Businesses with no decision maker available for four sessions
- Companies looking for a full service agency to own every channel
- Pre revenue ideas still deciding what the business is

You can check every claim on this site before you speak to us.
That is deliberate. Start with the audit, read it, and decide afterwards. Nothing is due until you approve the work that follows it.
